Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Luxe Leasing Advisors, we provide institutional-grade corporate guarantee services. Because our work involves immediate, high-level administrative action, underwriting, and direct property management negotiations, our refund policies are strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our corporate entities.

1. The Administrative Retainer ($500)

The initial $500 Administrative Retainer is strictly non-refundable once paid. This fee compensates Luxe Leasing Advisors for the immediate commencement of work, which includes: initiating corporate background clearance, preparing B2B guarantee addendums, verifying your financial documents, and opening direct negotiations with your target property's management team.

By authorizing this payment, you acknowledge that this fee covers the cost of our time and corporate resources, regardless of the final leasing outcome.

2. The Performance Placement Fee

The final Performance Placement Fee (the cost of the corporate bond execution) is entirely contingent upon your approval at the target property. You will not be billed for the Performance Placement Fee until your corporate guarantee is accepted by the property manager. If Luxe Leasing Advisors is unable to secure an approval for you using our corporate structure, you will not owe this final placement fee.

3. Client Misrepresentation & Fraud

Our ability to guarantee your lease relies on the accuracy of the financial and identity documents you provide to our Secure Vault. If a client is found to have submitted falsified, forged, or altered documents (including but not limited to: fake pay stubs, synthetic bank statements, or fraudulent identification), Luxe Leasing Advisors will immediately terminate the agreement.

In the event of termination due to fraud, no refunds of any kind will be issued, and all active property management negotiations will be immediately withdrawn.

4. Cancellations & "Returns"

Because Luxe Leasing Advisors provides a digital, administrative service and issues corporate bonds rather than physical goods, we do not accept "returns."

If you choose to cancel your housing request after paying the initial $500 Administrative Retainer but before the lease is executed, you may do so by notifying us in writing at Leasing@luxeleasingadvisors.com. However, the initial retainer remains non-refundable, as the underwriting process will have already commenced.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We require all clients to acknowledge this non-refundable policy prior to submitting payment. In the event of an unauthorized credit card chargeback or payment dispute regarding the $500 Administrative Retainer, Luxe Leasing Advisors will submit this policy, your IP address, your signed intake consent, and timestamps of service execution to your financial institution to contest the dispute.

Furthermore, initiating a chargeback after a lease has been secured will result in the immediate withdrawal of our Corporate Guarantee from your property, which may result in standard eviction proceedings by your property manager.
