Due to the nature of our Business-to-Business (B2B) corporate lease structure, the strategic sharing of your information is required to execute our services. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. • To Property Managers & Landlords: We share your verified proof of income and identity with the specific property management company of your targeted residence solely to secure your corporate lease approval. We do not share your information with properties you have not targeted.
• To Service Providers: We use trusted third-party contractors (such as Zapier, Airtable, and Stripe) to support our business operations, secure document storage, and process payments. These entities are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
• For Legal Compliance: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or protect the rights, property, or safety of Luxe Leasing Advisors.
